Westcord was founded in 1969 by Rick Principe as a boutique commercial real estate firm in Thousand Oaks, California. What began as a small, family-run operation has grown into a trusted name throughout Los Angeles and the greater Southern California region. For over five decades, we’ve built our business on the values that defined our founder: integrity, persistence, and a commitment to doing right by our clients. These values still drive us today.
